Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove ChatSync AI's access to your Facebook data and ask us to delete all data we hold about you or your business at any time.

Option 1 — Remove ChatSync AI from Facebook

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  • Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  • Find ChatSync AI and click Remove.

Facebook notifies us when you remove the app. We then stop accessing your Pages and delete the related Page tokens, conversations and settings within 30 days.

Option 2 — Disconnect inside ChatSync AI

In the dashboard, go to API & Integrations → Facebook App and remove each connected Page. Auto-replies stop immediately for removed Pages.

Option 3 — Ask us to delete everything

Email support@chatsyncai.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your business name and the Facebook Page name(s). You can also call 01889099286. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Customers of a shop can send the same request and tell us which shop they contacted.

What is deleted

  • Facebook Page IDs, names, pictures and access tokens.
  • Messenger conversations stored for AI replies, including photos.
  • AI agent settings, integration keys and courier records linked to your account.

Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) are kept only as long as required.
