Terms of Service

1. The service

ChatSync AI lets businesses connect their Facebook Pages to an AI agent that replies to customer messages, and manage products, orders, invoices, courier delivery, confirmation calls and order emails.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business and for every Facebook Page you connect.

3. Your responsibilities

• Follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy and Community Standards, including the rules on when and how businesses may message people.
• Keep your product information, prices and AI agent instructions accurate. You are responsible for the replies sent from your Pages and for the orders you accept.
• Have a lawful basis to contact your customers by Messenger, phone and email, and handle their data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Keep your login and integration keys secret.

4. AI replies

AI replies are generated automatically and can sometimes be wrong or incomplete. Review your agent's instructions and test it before turning auto-reply on. You can turn auto-reply off at any time.

5. Third-party services

Some features use services you connect with your own accounts or keys — such as Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Steadfast Courier, Twilio and Cartesia. Their terms and charges apply to that use, and they bill you directly.

6. Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, or misleading claims.
• No illegal, harmful, hateful or adult content, and no selling of prohibited products.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

7. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are shown on our website before purchase. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and disconnect your Pages at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect customers, Meta's platform or the service. On request we delete your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, ChatSync AI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
